As a major manufacturer and designer of hot wire foam cutting equipment since 1994, we offer quality products and a wealth of expertise. Our complete line of hot wire cutters allow quick and accurate production of custom designs for the many growing industries that use EPS and XPS foam.
Architectural elements such as arches, columns, bases and moldings can now be cut on a high production level. We also offer cutting tools for ICF wall panels, structural insulation (SIP) panels, and specialty precast concrete mold and model making. Custom 3-dimensional signs, theme parks, casinos, movie sets, and research and development models can also be easily created with our Computer Numerical Controlled equipment.
Hotwire Direct™ is a family owned and operated business. We design, manufacture, market, and support our foam cutting tools from our Clarkston, Washington location. Our team has decades of experience in machine design, computer programming, and electronics manufacturing.
