The TEC 3200 High Output Applicator is electronic technology at its best, making it the ideal production tool for product assembly, packaging, sealing, electrical potting and encapsulation. Instant bonding of virtually any material ensures fast, efficient, cost effective production. The high efficiency heater housing, coupled with a solid state adjustable temperature controller guarantees adhesive at the right temperature just when you need it.
The TEC 3200 can be left switched on for long periods of time without causing problems with the glue overheating (care should be taken when using soft glue formulations). No need to switch to a lower temperature - the TEC 3200 will do it for you and automatically return to full operating temperature when used!
Operation of the TEC 3200 is simplicity itself. Adhesive is extruded by simply squeezing the trigger, and the adhesive flow rate is regulated by trigger pressure. A valved nozzle ensures clean shut off.
The TEC 3200, loaded with two TECBOND 1¾”cartridges, can never run out of adhesive as a cartridge always remains in the gun at the right temperature. Reloading takes just seconds. A powerful 400W stainless steel heater cartridge, combined with the efficient heater housing, provides a fast 4 minute warm up, and the electronic temperature controller ensures the set temperature is acurately maintained. This, combined with the non-stick PTFE barrel and easy-action trigger, results in smooth free-flow adhesive application.
The TEC 3200 is designed for safe and efficient industrial use. It is designed to comply with worldwide industrial and electrical safety standards, and has a totally enclosed heater housing and a built-in safety thermal fuse.
The TEC 3200 is supplied complete with an integral gunstand, suspension ring, full operating instructions and one year guarantee.

The TEC 3200 is supplied fitted with a two part, 1-hole nozzle, size 0.080" orifice, (Part No. ANZ016). Optional nozzle caps are available for specialized purposes and to speed up adhesive application.

- TEC SB/1200 Spring Balancer
- If the TEC 3200 is being used for repetitive work over a work surface, then the SB/1200 spring balancer is an economical tool support system with easily adjustable tension control. It is capable of supporting tools up to 3 lbs in weight and has a maximum extended cord length of 5 ft. Designed to minimize operator fatigue, it also increases productivity and reduces the chance of accidental damage to the applicator.

- Ideal if the gun is being used on a work surface where it is convenient to return it to its stand after use, or where it might be necessary to remove its integral stand to gain easier access into restricted areas.
