Precast Foam Lathe

2000 Series Internal Lathes

The 2000 Series Internal Foam Lathes are dedicated machines for creating decorative architectural precast concrete molds with expanded polystyrene (EPS, Styrofoamâ„¢) foam. The lathes are used in architectural precast concrete shops to produce large volumes of custom baluster molds. This method of producing custom baluster and column molds requires significantly less time and costs than traditional wood, fiberglass, and metal forms.

Separate caps and bases can be cut in multiples up to 24″ diameter. This machine can be ordered as the 2000-8 for 8′ length, and 2000-12 for 12′ length molds.

2500 Internal Lathe

The 2500 internal lathe is also for decorative architectural precast concrete. The 2500 cuts molds up to 4′ long & 20″ in diameter.
